Reman Powerhead from Iboats

I am considering buying a reman Powerhead for one of my motors. My question is this. On the 112 cross flow motor they have listed with bubble back exhaust does the reman Powerhead in fact have the bubble back on it? And if so is the exhaust chest cut like the 140' s.

Boobie I am thinking about buying the Powerhead outright...eating the core charge so to speak. That's why I was wondering about whether or not the reman comes with the bubble back exhaust cover and whether or not the exhaust chest is cutout or not. I have a 90hp TLERC. I want to keep it and do some porting and other modifications to it. That's why I am thinking about buying the Powerhead outright.

Yes, a 112 has the bubble back and the middle divider should be cut. And yes, you can very easily convert a 90 to a bubble back style, no big deal really.

IMHO, I think you have a flat back now. Stick with it as the bubble backs have alum exhaust dividers in them which are NLA. The flat back was a good mtr and less probs. JMO.
