Question, I have a 1989 Bayliner with a 125hp Force. I have a difficult time trying to start the motor on my old boat I was able to pump the throttle then move it up an inch before I started the motor that would keep her running until I put her in gear. This boat will not let the engine crank unless the throttle is in the nuteral position. Any ideas on how to give it a little gas the help it start

Re: Remote control box

You should have a button on the base of the shift lever that disengages the gear and allows you to just work the throttle. Just press around the lever you should find it.
