Is there a trick to installing the adapter? I didn't have the bolts, so I went to Lowes and the right size hex bolts. That's what the Tech at Ebasicpower told me to do. He didn't have a part number.
The hex bolts are so snug against the adapter that they don't turn. There is no way to but a socket on them.
