Remote oil lines

One of the oil lines on my ‘03 Mercruiser 6.2 is leaking. Part is on a back order and will take a few weeks to arrive.

I’m thinking of taking off both lines and bringing them to a hydraulic hose shop, to have them repaired with new hoses. Is there anything special I need to let them know? The ends of the hose have brass fittings, so I’m not sure if they would have that material on hand.

Most likely they would have no issue making or repairing the hose. only issue may be if they have the fitting on hand, but they should be able to get it
