Remove Clevis from Tilt Trim Ram Yamaha 60

I was wondering if anyone know how to remove the clevis from the polish rod on the tilt trim ram on a 2011 Yamaha 60 4 stroke. Some of the outboards have a threads on the end of the polish rod and you can just un-thread it but this one doesn't look like quite right for that, although it could be.
