I have removed the drive and will replace the impeller. But the four screws move zero. I've tried everything. I'm really at a loss. there is still a hot tip?

Sometimes it's amazing how much affect hitting the head of the bolt with a hammer can have.

Already tried everything ...

Now have all been sprayed with W?RTH BOLTEX. This might help. Carefully warming I had already tried.

PB Blaster, WD-40 a hammer and a propane torch.
Spray, heat, tap. Repeat.
Then just a very small smidgeon of tightening. VERY small bit.
Then spray, heat, tap. Repeat then again try to loosen just a tiny bit.
Then repeat the steps.

I once worked 2 hours trying to get 2 1/4-20 bolts loose.
Doing it like I suggested worked.

if the boat has not had any maintenance for a while and the fasteners are corroded in place, it will take a bit of time. not sure how effective Boltex is compared to Kroil or PB blaster on this side of the pond, however you are working against galvanic corrosion from many years. This is where the finess and care come in place. you may have to alternate between propane torch and cooling with freon spray.

you may most likely snap off a bolt, at which point, you will be forced to drill, extract, retap, etc.

Is your gearbox turning free? I'm wondering if you might have a little more going haywire in there ...

Your picture looks like all the parts are pretty clean. It is hard to imagine that those bolts are that tough to remove. That being said, the advice given in the above posts are golden. Once you can get them to even move a smidgen, rock them back and forth and keep applying penetrant oil. It is difficult to apply heat to the casting around those bolts. If you can use freon on the bolt heads, that would be good. Also, take a pointed punch and repeatedly hit the bolt head in the center.

Patience is definitely in order here.
