Remove lower cowl Force '95 90hp

I'm trying to track down a leak on the bottom port side of my motor (Force 1995 90hp) and it would be very helpful to be able to remove the bottom cowl. There are four bolts that go through the cowl into the mounts but I can't seem to find anymore bolts that would be holding this bottom cowl on. The shift rod also runs through the cowl so it looks like it will be a pain to remove it. Does anyone know how to remove the cowl on this motor?

Just above the back of the prop there is another bolt it may have a plug over it.
