Remove old decrotive hull tapes

Can someone give me the best way to get old decrotive plastic stripe tapes off my hull and flybridge ? Thanks in advance.

Check with an automotive refinishing supplier. They make a gummy wheel, that you spin in your drill, for removing vinyl stripes and decals. They cost about $10.

*****However, carefully test before you just close your eyes and go after them. They work incredibly well on some surfaces/paints without distorting the underlying finish. I had stripes on two different year fenders for the same model car. They had two different kinds of factory finish on them. The wheel worked well on one of them and tried to melt the paint on the other. For the price, they are well worth trying, 'cause if they work, it's the easiest and cleanest way to do it.*****

Or you can use a heat gun, razor blade and a lot of patience.
