Removing 5.0 OMC (Ford) from Four Winns

I'm removing my 5.0 OMC from my 95' Four Winns. I'll look in the manual about the removal and it says I might have to remove the upper drive unit. However, it shows a different drive other than my SX. Do I need to remove the upper unit and if so; that means the lower unit, bracket, and upper have to be removed, correct?

Yes pull the lower unit as a whole, the upper will come with it. the idea is to eliminate having to pull the engine forward off the drive spline coupler. If you pull the whole lower then all you have to do is raise the motor up out.
