I need to do some work on my transom,So i want to remove my bennett trim tabs .Problem is previous owner drilled small holes about 1/4 inch just enough to slip the black hose through,The head of the coupling at the end of the hose is a lot bigger and it won't come out should i cut the black hydraulic hose behind the coupling ? and try to get new ends ,or can someone tell me how the ends come off .Thanks

That's a Very Low Pressure Hyd. line,.....

Cut it as Close as possible to the Nut,......

Replacement Sleeves,+ Liners are available at Most better Hardware Stores......The Nut is Reusable....

It's known as a "Compression Fitting".....
