One thing holding me back is fear of damaging the emblems when removing them. They appear to be held on by studs that are pressed thru the skin. Is it safe to gently tap the posts out? Is there a better way?
They appear to be cast aluminum. Should they be a dull finish? Or do they need to be polished?
