Removing old Carpet??

I have cleaned out the project and have gotten a good look at what is ahead of me. But first things first... Removing the old carpet.

Any products out there or any good suggestions?

Trying to get her cleaning out competely and see what wood needs to be replaced. From what I can see the front engine mount (the box the motor mount sits on is broken through).

I have some new photos to post up tonight. Cleaned up nicely and wanting to do things right.

Most times when deck it rotten you can just grab it and pull it off.

mine pulled right off.. even the sides when it was on the glass.. i havn't tried this but for the glue someone used a heat gun and a paint scraper(without the razor edge)

The heat idea sounds good.

I grabbed and pulled and nothing came up at all not even the wood.
