Repainting floor. Best paint?

I'm wanting to repaint the floor in my 14 foot Broze skiff. The previous owner used epoxy paint that didn't react to the flex of regular use well at all. It is cracking and flaking off in bulk. I found that a pressure washer will take most of the old paint off and I should be able to scrape the remainder off. I am going to clean the floor and sides after sanding to make sure I get good adhesion but here's where I'm unsure... What kind of paint should I use?
Here's some deciding factors.

1: Spray in truck liner is too heavy, but I'd like some texture to reduce slipping.
2: It will be exposed to sunlight, salt, fish goo, etc.
3: The sides of the boat flex during use.

Cajun, If that truely is epoxy paint and it is flaking off, you need to find out why. Epoxy paint is very good paint and should not do more than have minor cracks. it should never flake off. Any paint you use will likely suffer the same fate or worse.

BTW, if the hull flexes enough to force epoxy paint to fall off, the hull will fail in a short time do to that much flex, IMHO
