Check eBay. I've seen the manuals for that and other Eska based Sears motors there. Just search for Ted Williams 7.5 and scroll down to the listing in the eBay stores. You'll find it.
Good luck with that Eska. BTW, Sears still sells some parts for that motor. Google Sears Parts.
