Repairing a CDI

I have a couple of CDI units which need repair or replacing. Quite expensive from manufacturer or aftermarket. One is from a 2004 Johnson 4 stroke 15 Hp the other is from a 1999 Evinrude 4 stroke 10 HP. Can they be repaired ? Is there a company or more that does the repairs or remanufacture.

Its hard work but i have seen some people get rid of the epoxy coating and then its pretty easy but they put enough coating on to make most people not even enter that into consideration
