Water has got in around the screws for the hatch on my raised casting deck and rotted the wood in the hatch area. I have dug out the bad wood that was sandwiched between the fiberglas and dried out everything. The bad wood extended from at the edge of the hatch opening from 1" to about 8" back from the opening so the area to be repaired is not the same all the way around the hatch opening. How should I go about repairing this?
