Replace broken neutral lock on throttle

Just bought used '94 seaswirl striper 192 , took out 1st time & the neutral lock on throttle disengaged....leaving it inoperable! Is this easy to replace?

Post your question in the forum dedicated to your engine brand, someone there will be able to tell you exactly how it's done. It shouldn't be a difficult repair.

People will be better able to help if you can find a brand and model number with a picture of the throttle. Pictures of the backside with the exact parts you're talking about would be best. Boat manufactures don't make the throttle assemblies.
