Replace Starcraft 191 main deck

I'm taking up the deck that is somewhat rotted in my 19 foot Starcraft Islander. Center section in front of the engine came right up with a few screws the other two port and starboard pieces of plywood I don't seem to see any screws that hold them down, can anyone give me an idea that's how these pieces come out. Also any advice I'm getting the foam out of there it's greatly appreciated!

If its an original deck, it should be riveted, but since you found screws, it may have been redone w screws.

Pix and a year is often helpful.

If you havent taken the side panels (below the gunwale) put, they to may be holding the deck in place. Originally the bottom track of the side panels is riveted in place to the deck.....

Thanks for responding I'm going to try and attach a picture it's a 1986 if that makes any difference to anyone it is the original deck. I have not been able to spot any screws or rivets but then as you can see I haven't removed or torn back the vinyl flooring that was put on at the factory am I to assume that there would be rivets and so on underneath of this and I need to remove it? Thanks for your help

Yep, should have rivets under the vinyl.

Many thanks, just wondering what the heck was going on I figured something was under there LOL I'll peel at back tomorrow and see what I got to deal with any ideas on getting that phone out of there? The bolt as a dry weight 13 and 1/2 when we took it to the scale after it wouldn't come up on plane, it weighed in with kicker motor 10 gallons of fuel in the boat at 3,400 lb so we figured that. Original foam was saturated any ideas?

Foam removal by any means necessary.

No proven short cut that doesnt make a horrible mess of stryo fuzz except to hand saw it into chunks. Avoid prying against the hull to remove it.

Yeah I figured prying was not going to be the way to go going to Dimple the finish on the outside I just kind of thought maybe somebody had a magic wand that would work LOL looks like it's going to be a bugger

The quickest way to remove deck rivet heads and screws is with a cut off wheel on an angle grinder to zip them off.

Yeah pour in foam removal is a pain, most guys just start digging it our with a small shovel the same way you eat an elephant, one bite at a time.

I used a small hand saw made for wood and cut the foam into small chunks then used a small spade to pry against the foam .Worked great for me.
