You know how hard it is to clime back in to your boat with that 1 step ladder, so I replaced mine with a stainless steel 3 step. My buddy made the wood step for me and I added the no slip tape. It works well and I weigh 240.
Thanks for looking, Ed

Replacement ladder looks great. The wood step turned out good too.

I might suggest that what looks like silicone be replaced w/ 3M 4200 or 5200 (5200 is available here at HomeDepot) for the previous ladder mount holes & the thru bolts for the new ladder assembly.

Else it looks like a much better way in & out of the boat.

Where abouts in central CA? Looks a little like Clear Lake, but that's north of Napa, so not really central CA...

I can't remember what I used for the clear stuff, but the white is DAP 3.0 thanks for the info.
I'm in Corcoran (home of Charlie Manson) I normally go to Pine Flat Lake this pic was taken on her maiden voyage at Lake Success.
