Replacement coils

I have a 650 mercury with a magneto distributor driver ignition. Is there an after market distributor, or coil that will work on that engine?

That's a pre 1967...before you spend a dime on it make sure compression is good and driveshaft is not rotted in seal area under waterpump. And no there is aftermarket distributer for it.
