Replacement for Raritan CH50CW

It looks like my Raritan Crown head has had the elbow the connects freshwater to the top of the bowl replaced. The replacement does not have a siphon inlet and I am unable to hook up the treatment tank.

The replacement part is CH50CW and is ~75$ with shipping.

I'm having a hard time justifying that price! Are there suitable replacements or DIY solutions. Is it as simple attaching a nipple to the existing elbow to create the siphon functionality?
