Replacement ladder for SSV170 outboard

Guys,

I'm looking for a replacement ladder for my 1995 Glastron SSV170 outboard runabout. My goal is to go to a three step retractable, to gain an extra step.

I've attached a photo that shows the ladder and the mount. I would like to retain the mounting location and style. Is there anyone that has experience with replacing this ladder?

There have been a lot of people(myself included) who have been trying to seek out the same thing or just trying to do a "factory replacement". I myself have not come up with anything even close that would work in the factory location.
