Replacenet for old Quicksilver Commander Throttle Control

Hi. can anyone recommend a replacement for an old Quicksliver Commander throttle control box?

It has the trim and tilt switch plus the trailer button. Attached is a photo. It's on a Mercruiser Alpha 1 Gen 2.
