Drilled all the rivits out holding the plywood, and was able to remove both floor pieces, mostly intact. Good enough to make patterns with. Read the post about epoxy both sides and edges, using either marine or cdx plywood. Sounds OK. This boat had a painted w/sand floor. I prefer a non-carpeted floor, since the boat will be used in the Adirondaks with lots of short pine needles around. A real pain to get out of carpet! Is it OK that the epoxy is the top coat with no covering?, and is there a prefered method for non-slip surface? Also, is there a choice in color? White would be OK, but original was a very light green.
