Hi there. Got a 12 foot runabout. I want to change the bulb in the bow light (red/green) Okay help here... there is a hole in the top, I can touch the bulb with one finger but can not for the life of me figure how I am going to get the bulb out and put a new one in? Is the only way to do this is by unscrewing the whole assembly off of the bow?
Hey thanks for your help!!!

Most likely you will have to remove the assembly to replace it, unless the lens comes out for access. On my runabout, I have to remove it.

Felix,

You'll have to take it apart. Make sure not to mix up the red/green lenses.

Hi Felix, if the bulb stands straight up to the hole try a piece of rubber hose over the bulb, I've done this many times and it works fine, good luck.

I heard that the hole in the top of the bow light is for a flag pole? Is this correct????
