Heres a couple pictures of the boat, the seats are all on a bench and independent of each other. I use it more for fishing than family stuff and the seat just gets in the way, a step/cup holders would be much better.

I thought it was going to be a quick question, must not be much of a market for this...I can hardly find anything but custom builds.

You want to remove the seat back & bottom cushion and modify the underlying fiberglass into a set of steps & a couple cup holders?

I'd say yes, it's possible, removing the set & making the modification to the fiberglass should be no problem, BUT, I suspect that there is currently something beneath those seats. They are sitting on a built up box of fiberglass correct?

Gas tank would be my 1st guess. If they are sitting on open storage, then make whatever change you want to the center, just make sure to fully support where the remaining seats sit along the side of the steps...
