Replacing drain plug washer 1983 25 hp

I need help on a z washer part # 0311598 on a Johnson 1983 25 hp JTECTE gearcase drain plug. I assume the upper plug is the same. It looks like the previous owners never replaced the washers. Is there a size I can get locally at an Ace Hardware or NAPA. It appears to be available online. The postage is likely 10X the cost of the washer. If anyone knows the size of this washer and its replacement possibilities, I would be most grateful.
