Replacing ignition help

I am replacing my ignition in my 68 Larson with a 85hp Johnson. The closest I found has 2 other posts labeled M along with the B, S, and 2 Acc posts. What are the M posts for? Should I just hook up the other ones and not do anything with the M posts?

M means magneto

You need to post the model # of the motor.----Or pictures.-----It is important to know which ignition system you have.----The 1973 and newer use the M terminals.-----The 72 and older may not use M terminals.
