I am in the process of building a trolling from 2 trolling motors.....the 12 /24 volt has busted brushes and the plate they mount on, the other one is 12 volts, magnets are all busted....putting the brush housing from the 12 onto the 24 volt main housing,it all fits good,but before I put it all together I would like to replace all seals,these motors are 15 to 20 years old....iam only going to run it on 12 volts....the 12 volt foot pedal is in good shape and the other one is all busted up.....how do you replace prop. shaft seal....thanks for any help....so far everything is fitting together nicely
