evening, I was hoping someone could help a semi new boat owner with a question or two. I recently purchased a boat and have to replace both the bilge pump and aerator. Both are 10 years old and are no longer made (pictured). Obviously I don't want to have to drill more holes or have to remount different models onto my boat. Is it possible or common for aerators and bilge pumps of the same manufacture to have the same foot print and be interchangeable? MY bilge is the cartridge type, should other cartridge types of the same manufacturer (Atwood) fit into the base? The aerator has a triangle foot print with 3 screws that mount into the transom, are there similar ones made today that are interchangeable? Hopefully my questions are making sense.
