Replacing pylon cable

What strength of cable would you guys suggest to replace my pylon cable? It is the one that goes towards the back of the boat. I think I saw some rated for 850lbs and 350lbs.

I found a couple DIY setups and they used a 3/16" size cable, which was the 850lb load strength. I think I'll give that a shot.
