Replacing Rod Holders 2002 WA

After 8 years the 4-section rod holder is cracked and chipped.

Has anyone replaced the rod holders on a 2002 WA, how do you get access to the mounting bolts?

might be self tapping screws that are just sealed. Doubt if toggle bolts are used.

You will need to let us know.

After removing check your bilge to see if they used and nuts to mount.
