Replacing the deck.

My boat is beginning to show some rot along the floor beneath the carpet in the driver's compartment area. It still looks good, but the floor kind of sags here and in one other spot. The fishing decks are still solid and in good shape. My question is this:
How hard is it to replace the lower deck of the boat and re-carpet it?
If I'm going to do it or have it done, would it just be smarter to replace all the wood and carpet throughout the boat?
If I had someone else do it, would anyone have any idea as to a price range to expect?
Any idea what kind of a place would do this type of work?
The boat is an '89 Bass Tracker Pro 17.

Re: Replacing the deck.

Lots of folks here have been down that road. Drop over to the Project Boats section.
