Ok, I know I have posted a few times, but after a few feeble attempts to get the pins out, I am seriously thinking about taking it in to have it done. Anyone know how much labor this might cost me, or at least how many hours they would charge for? Thanks.

Re: Replacing the Tilt Trim Motor...

I haven't messed with the one on my motor too much. I lubed it up, took the nuts off and gave it a handfull up whacks to see if it would move.....No joy. Since then I have put the time into the "donor unit" that is still installed in the frame. That one isn't moving either, but the frame is junk so I will just get the torch out and cut that one out...Can't do that to the one on the good motor though.

Be careful of heat around the trim pump.all of those rubber seals and o-rings will not like it!
