I read some other posts about replacing a transom. I've glued my two peices of plywood together to make up the proper thickness. also have the 3m 5200 to seal up any screw holes, now I'm wondering about the paint. what steps should be taken to get from bare wood to finished product, especially what type of paint primer combos should I use any info would be great.
