Well,

After some research I can see my OMC Cobra 3.0 needs to have it's U-Joint bellows replaced. What else should I replace or investigate once I'm in there? I'm new to I/O boating so any advise is greatly appreciated.

If you are replacing a rubber boot you may as well replace everything else there that is rubber because it cant be far behind in condition.Shift cable is usually part of the job and gimbal bearing.Do as much as you can once you are in there.Charlie

It'll cost more now, but save you a lot of labor and downtime in the long run. Parts made with the same stuff have been exposed to the same elements just as long as that bellows.
