F_R on this forum had some for sale which he made, but I believe he is all out of them. I used mine the other day, and pulled the bugger out in seconds.
If you find a good shop, they wont charge you the full hour if you are lucky.
OR you can try the hillbilly approach. Put a couple small sheet metal screws into the seal, 180 degrees apart, then use them to pry it out with 2 separate flat screwdrivers. Don't go too far in to damage the seal housing.
