thanks for info one more question tech did say no compression on top cylinder wondering if this is extensive repair costly can you estimate price just wondering price would you get second opinion like i said it did kick over at dock when changed plugs but when changed fuel filter would not turn over didnt sound right... all i want for xmas is !!!!!!thanks for reply have a nice holiday will let you know how i made out.. one more thing do you know of repitable outboard motor repair cape may area or south jersey slip at harbor veiw marina cape may nj

Price can range from some labor charges and a head gasket to a rebuilt powerhead to ... ? ?<br /><br />Second opinion is always wise,But it is hard to do in this business.How do you take your boat out of a shop,go to another for an estimate,and bring it back for repairs ? ?<br /><br />Another sugestion here on the forum.Don't keep posting new posts,just reply .It's down near the botom of this page.<br /><br />DHP
