request for houseboat galley pics

I've roughed in a new countertop after gutting the galley on my 1970 Stardust Crusier 40. But Im not sure how I want to style it. Only galley pics I come across online are from boats with a much wider beam (wall to wall the galley is 8ft wide on my boat).

Curious what the layout is on other older houseboats, and especially what you've renovated to, if you've gone that route yourself.
