Hi guys!

Getting ready to replace the floor in my bowrider (already replaced the stringers) and here's my question. Is there any reason to use epoxy resin for coating the top or bottom of the decking instead of the much cheaper poly resin.
Thanks for your input!

depents on the look you are going for, I used an oil based porch and deck paint that worked great and was cheap.

Poly will work just fine. Most juys will recommend one layer of mat for the underneath and two topside.

I would not use just porch paint unless I were redoin a beat-up 20 year old row boat.
