This is the boat when i started, ive since rebuilt the 305 motor and all the electrical and cabin. Im down to the omc sterndrive. its a 225 and was rebuilt a year before I bought the boat, now I realize that nobody likes the omc but im stuck with it and just need to know , should I reseal the outdrive? Basically rebuild it also since ive done all the rest?? Anything good advice besides dumping the omc?
Thanks

As hard as I am on OMCs, There's literally thousands of them out there that work just fine.

Just make sure the "leakers" (oil/water) are attended to and do normal maintenance and you should be fine. I found a picture of a boat similar to yours on the net.......Pretty neat looking boat! I like old boats!

Got a couple of pictures to post?

Cheers,

Rick
