Restoring this webbing/pockets? Looking for advice.

This is on my buddy's new to him boat. 2003 Mariah. All of the pockets have this horrible sag and I'm trying to help him out and make them look better. Debated pulling them off and cutting them some, but the material is in really bad shape. He has 6 of these pockets we would like to redo. Any tips are appreciated.

Go to the fabric store and buy some nylon netting, or improve them by getting bungee netting

Think I would use Sunbrella. And sew a side to the face of the bag. Mebbe put a snap in center of the top?
