Retiring my most favorite nine-year-old Dell laptop

I had it for at least nine years and used it every single day put a new hard drive in it about two years ago for 37 bucks which it did well for a while, but I think everything well I know everything else in it is failing batteries end of life this hard drives have problems and I resign myself to the fact that I just gonna have to get a new one and I love Dell‘s but HP had a great sale on so I’m getting this one

the Admiral's croaked a few months ago, and she a got a new one - when my work-machine recently HAD TO have win 11, at least I was somewhat used to that OS...

Pretty antiquated processor. Discontinued November 2023

Would suggest a newer processor to extend the life expectancy of the computer
