Reupholstering seats, need foam filler

Pulled the old upholstery off the seat cushions, and found a couple that have some cavities in the foam. It almost looks like it was eaten away somehow, but has a smooth surface.
Is there any type of product to spray in there, then re-shape to the original design? Similar to expanding foam, but stays soft?

If that is recovered it will rub and wear with use. The good thing is you have a pattern of the foam,,, replace it.
