Take a look at the Guidelines post. We have revised the Penalties Policy as follows:
If a Moderator thinks a post is in violation (s)he will temporarily delete the post. Moderators will confer on the post and:
* Restore the post without penalty.
* Issue and explain a warning (Probation) for a set period.
* Issue and explain a suspension of the poster for a set period.
* Ban the poster permanently and explain the reason.
Violations while under warning will result in suspension or ban.
Suspended members who attempt to re-enter using a revised name will be permanently banned.
