Rigging Dead Eels for Stripers

For those of you that use eels and throw away the dead ones, this article will show you step by step rigging a dead eel. What it does not tell you is when ready to use take a piece of course sand paper, 80 grit and scratch the undersideand the eel will release fluid that atracts the striper.
