Right need help FAST

Hi guys,
Today i took the plug . carb and gear case of my evinrude 2hp 1982 and put it all back together.Firstly when i did this the pullstart got incredibly stiff so i took the gear case of and it was better..But now she just wont start she dosnt even fire i changed the fuel cleaned the plugs carbs...stil no luck i think it may be ht lead or plug issue but am not sure

right just tested spark there is a very faint one but i think it is ok any ideas?

Start with the basics, Will the spark jump 3/8 inch gap? What is the compression? Is there fresh fuel in the carb?

All fine sparking well fresh fuel yestarday cleaned jet....still no luck !!

Don't you have adjustable carb jets? Did you preset them? It only takes compression, spark, fuel and timing to make an engine run. You just need to start at the beginning and completely check all systems. Do you have a manual, very important for trouble shooting.

Yes I have a manual and adjusted jets to preset still no luck it sounds like she isn't even firing or trying to go I'm completly stumped!
