right prop question

so i have a 2016 four winns h190 with the 200 hp vp it has a 2.18 GR and a 14.3 x21 prop this is what it came with new ...some tmes it seems like its under proped at WOT its running about 41 mph on a gps ..does this seen normal ?? seems a little slow to me ...

Without postng max wot revs achieved on flat calm water condition it's impossible to know. Said engine needs to rev at least middle of the wot rpm range factory stated although max rpm range is preferred as usually loaded...
