Rims, to be worried or not.

I have a 91 ranger trailer which I bought used. After repacking the bearings I saw that the rim center hole is larger than the hub. Do I run the risk of shearing the studs on the road?

No, most are not a tight fit anyway. Just make sure the studs are in good shape and not rusted, and the lugnuts are tightend where they should be and not over tightened. You should be fine.
