Rinker 1997 fiesta 266 stereo upgrade

I have a rinker boat year 1997, it has a cassette player so i would like to upgrade it. The speakers are old as well so i would like to change them as well. so i saw this deals online:

id go for the pyle unit because of the mp3 disc capability plus both usb and aux inputs. you can get 16 gig micro sd cards now for cheep and plug it right in the front of the deck. that's 4000 song storage for like 30 bucks.
